Samuel even made the argument to not drag others when they told them why they were so insistent on hearing her side of the story. If they were so worried they could just ask him, it\'s not he hid anything from them. Even if he wanted to they get regular updates of what he was doing on daily basis.

" P-please raise you head.. I-its fine." Kate on the other hand panicked. Seeing the famous figure apologize to her with sincere look was more than enough to squash the misunderstanding. They went above and beyond even bowing to someone like her.

" Don\'t think too deeply about it. They were wrong and just asking for your forgiveness, there was no reason for you to give it to them so easily." Patricia stated.

On any other day, Margaret would have said something but she knew Patricia was right. Next, Samuel\'s parents came forward and apologized too. Even if they were unsure, they should have stopped everyone.

Kate was more happy to meet them, unlike their earlier scary eyes she could see they were remorseful and there was even a hint of pity in them. She didn\'t know what was happening for them to change their mind so suddenly but she accepted their apologies.

Suddenly, Kate noticed there was one other person waiting at the back. The Queen came forward, she was smiling walking toward her.

" Y-your majesty." Kate didn\'t expect to see her up close. When they were in that room, she was sitting quite far away from her.

" I don\'t know what they were talking about, I was merely joking and asked you because I was interested. Even then since you went through such a experience, I will grant you one request. You don\'t have to think about it immediately and ask Sami to convey it to me in the future." She grabbed Kate\'s hand and said with a warm expression.

It would be too much for her to apologize, she was the symbol of monarchy that didn\'t bowed to anyone.

" But I was serious when I asked you about grandkids. If you end up having it, don\'t forget to invite me too." She didn\'t wait for her reply and left.

Kate was dumbfounded, was she messing with her until the end or was she serious about it? She couldn\'t ask her since she already left.

But not everyone was having a good time, Donald already cornered Mary and waited for Patricia before they announce her punishment. They heard everything started because of her poking her nose where it didn\'t belong.

Since, Kate was feeling alright and was mingling with other family members, Patricia came over and was sternly looking at Mary who was sitting on the floor with horrified look on her face.

They were the only ones left in the room after others left, Patricia looked at her and said," You are in deep trouble." She no one could stop Patricia, Mary\'s fate was left on her parents verdict.

" Your majesty?" Samuel was waiting outside. He didn\'t want to be there since he wanted Kate to deal with it on her own. He had faith in both parties that they would be able to figure it out on their own.

The other reason was that he was ashamed of lashing out at them, it might be right but this was the place where those older were heavily respected. He could have explained himself without getting angry at them from the start. Hopefully, everything would turn out for the better.

That\'s when he spotted the Queen coming out with a smile on her face, from her expression things looked good?

" Come with me. Even if she is your girlfriend, you shouldn\'t coddle her on every turn. Sometimes, she has to fight her own battles to realize that she is stronger than what others make her out to be." She added, knowing full well about her backstory.

" I don\'t think so but you can find it out yourself later. For now, let\'s talk about something important." Samuel didn\'t have any chance but to follow her will. She looked serious when inviting him for a private talk.

Just as he was leaving, he saw Kate and others come out. He almost panicked seeing her face which looked messy, she was definitely been crying but right now, she looked content. Her mother was leading her and she looked happy which made him realize that it must have went fine.

He took a sigh of relief before following the Queen inside. She was right, he must give her some space and stop acting like a clingy boyfriend! She was older and much more mature than him.

" Didn\'t I tell you they hashed their misunderstanding?" The Queen sat down on the empty seat.

Samuel was walking toward her but suddenly stopped feeling strange presence all around him. The room was well lit but it did have some blind spots especially from where he was standing. He was confused, seeing the Queen didn\'t even faze because she could probably see them from her angle.

" Was it a setup? Did they sneak inside the Estate because they knew she was coming? No..that\'s not possible." He saw her still smiling at him. There seemed to be a hidden meaning behind it.
